    Please ensure the RA REQUEST NUMBER is clearly marked on the package in two places to prevent loss. Once we receive your product, it will be processed. Also, ensure the RA/Warranty Form includes a DETAILED DESCRIPTION of the issue with the item.

    Here are the instructions:

    1. Complete the above RA/Warranty Form above in detail
    2. Copy/Write down RA# locate above the submit button before submission
    3. All Electronics, CMB-Midbass, and paired speakers need to be shipped back to us
    4. All tweeters will be repaired with a new diaphragm, if confirmed defective
    5. ONLY RETURN THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
    6. Must package all returning items as if they were NEW. Any product that receives further damage from inappropriate packing- RA will be voided and returned. You will be notified if this happens
    7. It’s your responsibility to ship the defective item back
    8. Send items back to:  Cicada Audio®
